Dear EAACI Member
On behalf of the Interest Group for Functional Genomics and
Proteomics it is our pleasure to invite you to the EAACI workshop in
functional genomics and proteomics (FGP). FGP is becoming
increasingly important for allergy research.
The aim of the workshop is to give a practical introduction how to
apply FGP to allergy research. To achieve this the workshop is
restricted to 45 participants of whom 10 are lecturers with
expertise in allergy research, genomics, proteomics, systems
biology, bioinformatics and computer science. The focus is on active
participation and the schedule includes group discussions. Moreover
the participants are encouraged to submit abstracts for oral
presentations.
The workshop will be held in a lakeside hotel outside of Göteborg,
in Sweden May 8-11, 2008. The workshop is subsidized by EAACI and
